William "Bill" Arthur Caldwell

Don't cry and mourn but Rejoice and celebrate for the Lord has called me HOME.

The LORD has called William "Bill" Arthur Caldwell, of Rockingham, VA, home on Tuesday, April 30, 2024 at Select Specialty in Richmond, VA.

Bill was born in wee hour of morning, August 25, 1943, the son of late father & mother, Guyser Ernest Caldwell and Mary Lena Snider Caldwell Tewalt.

Married on a cold day, December 3, 1966, to surviving soul mate, loving and caring wife, Patricia Alice Sager Caldwell of 57 Years.

In addition to his wife, he is survived by two sisters, Aleta Jane Caldwell Robinson and Nancy Etta Caldwell Zirk, and husband Jim; sister-in-law Celesta Kay Sager Miller, and husband Gary and many nieces, nephews and cousins.

He was preceded in death by his father and mother-in-law, Marvin and Wilma Sager; two sisters, Margaret Joan Caldwell Yancey and husband Edward "Eddie" Yancey, and Mary Martha Caldwell Simmers Good and her husbands, Ralph "Cotton" Simmers and Samuel "Sam" Good; brother-n-law, Benny Robinson.

Per Bill's wishes there will be no viewing and burial will be private.

Bill would like to say GOOD BYE to family and many friends.
