Twila Ann (Howdyshell) Wilfong

February 2, 1951 - January 5, 2024

Twila Ann (Howdyshell) Wilfong, 72, wife of Jack R. Wilfong, of Weyers Cave passed away on Friday, January 5, 2024 at her residence.
     Mrs. Wilfong was born on February 2, 1951 in Alexandria, Virginia, a daughter of the late Wilmer Koontz and Gladys Susan (Hicklin) Howdyshell.
     Mrs. Wilfong was strong in her faith and enjoyed being with her family and friends. She enjoyed crocheting, knitting and cooking.
     In addition to her parents, Mrs. Wilfong was preceded in death by a brother, Wilmer K. “Bobby” Howdyshell.
     Surviving in addition to her husband of forty-eight years, are two sons, Denver Williams and Tim Williams; two brothers, Garry Howdyshell and Nelson Howdyshell; five sisters, Susie Lester, Darlene Acker, Linda Rhodes, Penny Wheeler, and Debbie Howdyshell; four grandchildren, Joshua Williams, Cameron Williams, Nathan Williams, and Isaac Williams; one great grandson, Bennett Williams; and numerous nieces and nephews.
     A private family burial will take place in Emmanuel Church Cemetery.
     Coffman Funeral Home and Crematory, 230 Frontier Drive in Staunton is in charge of her arrangements.
