Timothy "Tim" Lucas
Timothy "Tim" Lucas, 57, of Grottoes, passed away on Saturday, February 10, 2024, after a long and weary battle of liver disease.
He is survived by his wife of 37 years, Kim; brother-in-law, Louie Lamoreaux and wife Windy, two beloved nephews, Beau and wife Becca, and Trevor; his mother Norma Whitt and stepfather Mitch; and his stepmother, Bea Lucas.
He was preceded in death by his father, Jerry Lucas.
Tim received his 35-year service pin this year from Truck and Equipment Corporation where he was a parts salesman, and a proud Mack man. He was an avid "catch and release" bass fisherman, and a diehard fan of Dale Earnhardt, Sr. and the Dallas Cowboys. He enjoyed woodworking. Any drive he took would usually end up at a car lot. Tim served his country in the US Army.
Per his wishes there will be no service.
For those who knew him and want to remember him, raise a glass and listen to Metallica's "Nothing Else Matters", one of his favorites. Rest in peace, sweet boy.
