Steven Chandler Parlett, 27, of Fredericksburg, passed away on Thursday, November 9, 2023, at Mary Washington Hospital in Fredericksburg.He was born on November 6, 1996, in Irvine, CA, and was a son of Vincent Chad Parlett of Luray and Fotini Netos of Florida.A celebration of life will be held at 7 p.m. on Friday, November 17, at the Forward For Christ Baptist Church in Luray by Pastor Josh Parlett, with visitation from 5:30-7 p.m.
