Steven Robert Brown, 69, of Luray, passed away on Monday, October 2, 2023.He was born on October 5, 1953, in California and was a son of the late Thomas Hudson Brown Sr. and Marilynn Henningsen Brown.Steven is survived by a brother, Thomas Hudson Brown Jr. of Luray. He was preceded in death by a sister, Susan Lawrence.There will be no services.
