Sarah Louise (Baldwin) Eagan
Sarah Louise Eagan, 95, of Waynesboro, passed away Thursday, October 8, 2026 at River Edge, in Waynesboro. She was born January 9, 1931 in Donora, PA, daughter of the late Harry Tucker Baldwin and Bertha May Hunt Baldwin.
Sarah retired from American Safety Razor in 1991. She enjoyed Cross Stitching plastic canvas, caring for all the children she would come in contact with, chatting with neighbors, shopping and watching Cooking and Game shows.
In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by two brothers, John P. Baldwin and Tom Baldwin, her sister, Margaret H. Jericho and granddaughter, Crystal Yount.
Sarah is survived by her son, Roger (Brenda) Neil, Raymond Houghtaling; daughter-in-law, Georgia Houghtaling; daughter, Carolyn (Kenny) Winston, Patti Kennedy, Peggy Miller and fur baby, “Lance”; her grandchildren, Patricia (Charles) Crislip, Krista (Chris) Hillworth, Savannah Houghtaling and partner, Travis Setzer, Jesse Houghtaling, Brittany Taylor, Zack Miller, Cadence Allen, Heather Neil and Melissa Bentley, Kyle (Sierra) Weaver, Brandon (Calla) Weaver and Addison Weaver; great-grandchildren, Jennifer (Andy) Rowe, Hannah Reed and partner, Dan Irwin, Sarah Robertson, Caleb Robertson, Cedrych Miller, Preston Miller and Skylar Crislip.
Sarah Eagan, known to all simply as “NANA”, has touched far too many that we could not list all of these dear individuals. To all of you who loved her or were loved by her, she will always be your NaNa, everyone’s NaNa! A special thanks to all friends she turned into family. NaNa was a source of love and strength.
