Robin Dee (Finch) Reed

It is with great sadness the family of Robin Dee (Finch) Reed announces her passing on Wednesday, March 13, 2024 at the age of 69.
Mrs. Reed was born in Danville, Virginia on November 23, 1954, a daughter of the late Mark and Eldridge (Ellis) Finch.
Robin was a graduate of Robert E. Lee High School, class of 1972. In her earlier years, she enjoyed camping and beach trips. Robin attended her family’s ball games and enjoyed babysitting and taking care of children. She was a dental hygienist with the Staunton health department and worked with her father for many years at Mark Finch State Farm Insurance Agency.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband of 39 years, David Lee Reed; infant son, Daniel Reed and brother-in-law, Steve Wisely.
She was a devoted wife, mother, and grandmother and is survived by her son, Corey Brandon Reed and wife, Leighanne; daughter, Lindsay Elizabeth Reed; her beloved grandchildren, Jay and Walker; sisters, Lee Campbell (Louis), Elizabeth Wisely, Jane Wisely (Clay), and Ruth Hall (Steve); special friend, Jessica Rankin and numerous nieces and nephews.
A celebration of life will be held at 3:00 p.m. on Friday, April 5, 2024 in the Coffman Funeral Home Chapel by Reverend William "Bill" Trice. 
The family will receive friends following the service.
Coffman Funeral Home and Crematory, 230 Frontier Drive in Staunton is in charge of her arrangements.
