Robert Milton Runkle, 82, passed away on Monday, July 27, 2026. He was born on October 28, 1943, in Waynesboro, the son of the late George Robert and Eleanor Blandene Harding Runkle. He is survived by his long-time companion of forty-seven years, Winifred “Wink” Brown and her two children, Joi and Ted Brown and a good friend, Stuart Shickel. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his best friend of sixty-five years, Wayne Shickel. All services will be private and by invitation only.
