Phyllis Paige Beck

Phyllis Paige Beck, 76, of Mount Sidney, Virginia passed away on Tuesday, July 7, 2026 at Inova Fairfax Hospital.

She was born on October 25, 1949 and was a daughter of Carl Barton and Mary Lou (Lawson) Barton.

She is survived by her devoted husband, Harry Beck, Jr. of Mount Sidney, Virginia who stood by her side through 47 years of marriage.

Phyllis is also survived by two children, Kenneth "Kenny" Dean and Harry (Kelli) Beck, III; three grandchildren, Carter Beck, Scarlett Beck and Camden Beck; sisters-in-law, Kathy (Jerry) Andes and Maria Beck; her beloved cat, Sweetie; and numerous nieces and nephews.

In addition to her parents, Phyllis was preceded in death by a brother, Edward "Eddie" Barton and sister-in-law, Peggy Morris.

A service celebrating Phyllis's life will be held on July 10, 2026 at 2:00 PM at Johnson Funeral and Cremation Service in Grottoes with Pastor Mark Wingfield officiating. Burial will follow at Oaklawn Mausoleum & Memory Gardens in Staunton. The family will receive friends one hour prior to the start of the service.
