Patricia Elaine Fay

Patricia Elaine Fay, age 80, of Petersburg, WV, passed away at her home on Monday, April 29, 2024.  She was born on July 3, 1943 in Boston, MA, the daughter of the late Frank and Olivia (Mello) Santos. In 2011, Patricia married Walter Edward “Eddie” Fay of Petersburg but the couple has been together since 1974.
Mrs. Fay graduated from Revere High School, Revere, MA and was a member of the First Baptist Church, Petersburg, WV.  Patricia began working as a CNA in Cape Cod, MA and later at Subway in Petersburg, WV.   She was active in her church choir, enjoyed crocheting, and loved horses and roosters.  Patricia also loved the ocean but her family brought her the most joy. Anytime the family could get together for cookouts or parties, it always put a smile on her face. 
In addition to her husband, Patricia leaves behind to cherish her memories: 4 daughters: Lisa Marie Kramer (Fiancé Roger Anderson) of Franklin, WV; Sherri Ann Kivlehan of Maynard, MA; Deborah Kevlehan of Baker, WV; Tina Marie Fareas  (Kenneth) of Rome, ME; 2 sons, Thomas Edward Kivlehan, Jr. of Front Royal, VA; Stephen Francis Kivlehan, of Petersburg, WV; a sister, Linda Rosa (George) of Revere, MA; 19 Grandchildren; 26 Great-grandchildren; and 5 Great-great-grandchildren.  She was preceded in death by 2 sisters, Henrietta Gagne and Beverly Dimattia.
In honoring Patricia’s wishes her body has been cremated and a celebration of life will be held Saturday, May 18, 2024, 11:00 AM, at the First Baptist Church, Petersburg, WV with Pastor Rick Bergdoll officiating.  Memorials may be made to the American Cancer Society, POB 6704 Hagerstown, MD or by planting a tree or flower in Patricia’s memory.  Memories and words of comfort may be left at www.basagic.com
