Nola H. Barbato

Nola H. Barbato, of Grottoes, Virginia, passed away peacefully on July 3, 2026. She leaves behind a legacy of love, kindness, and generosity that will forever be remembered by all who knew and loved her.

Nola was born in Summersville, West Virginia, to Jacob Harlow and Minnie Holcomb.

She was preceded in death by her beloved husband, Frank Barbato; her daughters, Mary Ellen Wimer and Nola Ann Haslip; her granddaughter, Lisa Reynolds; and her great-grandson, Kyle Wimer.

Nola was a devoted grandmother and is survived by her cherished grandchildren: Crystal Smith, Garth Miller, Kimberly Basquez, Troy Wimer, and Tracey Wimer, as well as 18 great-grandchildren, 10 great great grandchildren who will continue to carry her memory in their hearts.

Family and friends are invited to join in celebrating Nola's life at a graveside service to be held on Tuesday, July 14, 2026, at 12:00 p.m. at Eastlawn Memorial.
