Michealean Annette Neff, 35 of Woodstock VA, passed away on June 30, 2025, at her residence. She was born on October 24,1990, in Winchester VA to Annette Fogle and the late Russell Burner. Michealan grew up in Woodstock VA, and was a graduate of Central high school.
Michealan is survived by her cherished children Rosemary and Waylan Collins; her mother Annette Fogle; her brothers John Micheal Neff and Justing Burner.
