Malcolm Sipe
With heavy hearts, we honor the life of Malcolm Miller Sipe Jr., a beloved United States Marine who bravely served in the Vietnam War. Malcolm peacefully departed from this world, leaving behind a rich legacy of love and family on Sunday, November 3, 2024. Born on October 2, 1950, he was the cherished son of the late Malcolm Miller Sipe and Garnet Kestner Griffin.
Malcolm will be fondly remembered for his infectious laughter and the joy he brought to those around him.His warmth and kindness touched the lives of everyone he met, and he was always there to lend a helping hand or share a smile.
His memory will forever be embraced by his late siblings, Michael Sipe and Frances Sipe; along with Malcom’s six children: Tammy Sipe Collins , the late Malcolm Sipe, III, Scotty Sipe, Nikki Sipe, Robbie Austin, and Cerria Sipe . His family blossomed further with numerous grandchildren and great-grandchildren, each of whom he held dear to his heart.
A celebration of Malcolm's beautiful life will be conducted on Saturday, November 9, 2024 at 11am at Charlton and Groome Funeral Home in Fishersville. Burial will follow at Riverview Cemetery.
The family will receive friends on Friday, November 8, 2024 from 6pm until 8pm at the funeral home.
