Linda Ketterman

Linda Lou (Hedrick) Ketterman, age 82, of Seneca Rocks, WV passed away on Tuesday, December 5, 2023 at Grant Rehabilitation and Care Center in Petersburg, WV.

Linda was born on March 24, 1941 in Seneca Rocks, WV and was a daughter of the late Denver Hedrick and Zadie (Hedrick) Hedrick. In addition to her parents, Linda was preceded in death by two sisters, Edith Hedrick and Etta Reel and three brothers, Walter Hedrick, Hobert Hedrick and Johnie Hedrick. Linda was the last surviving member of her immediate family. 

Linda is survived by her beloved husband, Hancel Ketteman, who has been her rock and partner in every sense. Together, they built a life filled with joy, laughter, and an abundance of love. Also surviving sister-in-law, Bonnie Hedrick and numerous nieces and nephews.

Linda attended Circleville High School, where she was known for her kind heart and infectious smile. It was her selfless nature and unwavering faith that defined her throughout her life. Linda's spirit was characterized by her unrelenting devotion to her loved ones and her community. She was a member of Corner United Methodist Church and Pendleton Gideons International.

Linda’s family will receive friends Friday, December 8, 2023 from 5-7 PM at Schaeffer Funeral Home in Petersburg.

Funeral service will be Saturday, December 9, 2023 at 11 AM in the chapel of Schaeffer Funeral Home with the Rev. Joseph Gerstell officiating.  Interment will follow in North Fork Memorial Cemetery in Riverton.
