Khai Hunter Widner

Khai Hunter Widner, son of Dakota Lee Hunter Widner and Alexis Drew Monroe of Waynesboro passed away on Sunday, June 25, 2023 at the University of Virginia Medical Center in Charlottesville.
Khai was born in Roanoke on March 28, 2023.
He was preceded in death by paternal grandfather, Donald Zane Campbell.
In addition to his parents, he is survived by two sisters, Ava Rose and Sophia Grace Widner; and grandparents, Rhonda Wade Withrow and Donna Jean Widner; step-grandfathers, Kevin Corey Gentry and Matthew Ryan Withrow; grandfather, Donald Monroe, Jr.; and great-grandmother, Naomi Coffey Monroe.
A Celebration of Life will be held at 4:00 p.m. on Monday, July 3, 2023 in the Coffman Funeral Home Chapel by Pastor David Smith.
The family will receive friends following the service.
Coffman Funeral Home and Crematory at 230 Frontier Drive in Staunton is in charge of his arrangements.
