Jimmie Brooks Warner
Jimmie Brooks Warner, 82, a resident of Pendleton Manor for almost nine years, passed away Friday, July 21, 2023, at Pendleton Manor.
He was born August 11, 1940, on Hunting Ground to the late Verlie and Ona L. (Sponaugle) Warner.
Jimmie retired from painting and carpentry work in 2004 and was Presbyterian by faith. He enjoyed traveling and had been to Florida, Texas, Wisconsin and Maine. He had two dogs, enjoyed deer and squirrel hunting and bowling. At Pendleton Manor, he enjoyed playing Bingo regularly, reading, watching westerns, listening to country music and eating ice cream.

He was preceded in death by five brothers, Olin, Jearl, Johnie, Gale and Dennis; one sister, Hilda, and two wives.
The family will receive friends from 10:00 - 11:00 AM Friday, July 28, 2023 at Kimble Funeral Home in Franklin, where a funeral service will be held at 11:00 AM Friday with Pastor Fletcher Hutcheson officiating.
Private inurnment will be at the Warner Cemetery.
