Jeffrey Allen "Jeff" Burke

Jeffery Allen “Jeff” Burke, 62, of Staunton died April 26, 2023 peacefully at home.

Jeff was born December 14, 1960 in Clifton Forge to the late Arthur Leroy and Dorothy Watson Andrews Burke.

Jeff worked as Heavy Equipment Operator for Triangle Realtors for over 25 years. He had a passion for running equipment and developing land. Later in life he enjoyed the people he met at the Exxon station working there for 36 years.

He was preceded in death by both of his parents.

On July 25th, 2009, Jeff married Susan Medeiros Guffey Burke, who survives. Also surviving are sons, Noah Burke and wife, Cassie of Greenville and their four children; Grace, Caroline, Asher, and Elijah. Son, Cody of Staunton. Stepdaughters, Kristin Trask and her husband, Stuart of Verona and their children; Easton and Owen. Sarah Guffey of Staunton and her daughter, Zoey. Four siblings, Peggy and her husband, “Doodle” Sensabaugh of Churchville. Sister, Betty and her husband, Curtis Crigler of Churchville. Brother, Scott and his wife, Shelley Burke of Churchville. He is also survived by several loving nieces and nephews.

Coffman Funeral Home and Crematory, 230 Frontier Drive in Staunton is in charge of his arrangements.
