Howard John Bleam

Howard John Bleam, 83, of Rockingham County, passed away on Saturday, February 22, 2025, at VMRC.

He was born on May 10, 1941, and was a son of the late Howard John and Gladys (Pearson) Bleam.

Howard retired from Merck. He was an avid herpetologist, catching snakes from Canada to the Florida Everglades. He enjoyed a good Budweiser.

Howard was united in marriage to Donna Margaret Bleam, who preceded him in death on July 27, 2024.

He is survived by his son, Karl David Bleam.

He was preceded in death by his son, Kurt Tyler Bleam and brother, Brian Bleam.

The family will receive friends from 11 AM to 12 PM on Saturday, March 8, 2025, at Johnson Funeral & Cremation Service in Bridgewater.
