Harry Graves Boyers
Harry Graves Boyers II, 76, of Crimora, passed away on Thursday, January 18, 2024.
He was born on June 14, 1947, and was a son of the late Harry and Mildred (Adkins) Boyers.
Harry retired from the Army National Guard, and later retired from Rexnord where he worked as a maintenance mechanic for many years. He was a member of Pleasant Hill Church of The Brethren in Crimora.
Harry was united in marriage on March 28, 1968 to Wanda (Clark) Boyers, who survives.
Harry is survived by three children, Amy Boyers, Harry J. Boyers and wife, Jody, Alicia Brown and husband, Lawton; six grandchildren, Kristopher Brown, Harry Brandon Boyers, Allyson Brown, Daniel Boyers, Cameron and Cierra Nelson; great-granddaughter, Kinsley Brown; siblings, Barbara Eckard and husband, Bill, Sandra Roach; brother-in-law, Glenn Slack; several nieces and nephews.
In addition to his parents, he is preceded in death by a grandson, Derek Brown; sister, Betty Slack; brother, Kenneth Boyers.
A memorial service will be conducted at 3 PM on Saturday, Jan. 27, 2024, at Grottoes Church of the Brethren, with Pastor Janet Elsea officiating. Friends and family may visit from 2PM - 3PM prior to the memorial service.
