Harold Theodore Thompson, Jr.

Harold Theodore Thompson, Jr. 78, a resident of Strasburg, VA passed away Monday, May 8, 2023, at Winchester Medical Center. 
A service of bereavement will be held privately with the family.
Mr. Thompson was born in Alexandria, VA on August 29, 1944, a son of the late Harold Theodore Thompson, Sr., and the late Genevieve Jordan Thompson.  Harold was a U.S. Army veteran having served in Vietnam as a SPC5.  He worked for the International Automotive Components in Strasburg, VA as a forklift operator.  Harold was a former member of the Strasburg Fire Department, life member the Strasburg Vol. Rescue Squad and was a life member of the V.F.W.
Survivors include his siblings Phillip W. Thompson and wife Lorraine and Barbara Thompson Alsberry and husband Johnny R. all of Richmond, VA; his nieces and nephews Mishawn Wilson of Richmond, VA, Reis Alsberry of Tallahassee, FL, Phillip W. Thompson, II of Denver, CO and Sydney Wilson of Richmond, VA.
