Gregory Allen Shrader

Gregory Allen Shrader, 62, husband of Holly M. Shrader, of Greenville, passed away on Tuesday, September 8, 2026 at Blue Ridge Rehab and Nursing in Harrisonburg. Mr. Shrader was born in White Sulphur Springs, West Virginia on October 4, 1963, a son of Robert Shrader and Lola (Spinx) Shrader. Gregory was employed as an Area Supervisor for R.A.H.E. Incorporated. True to his roots, he had a deep love for West Virginia, especially cheering on WVU football. Gregory had a wonderful sense of humor and could always make those around him smile and laugh. Above all, he cherished his family and will be lovingly remembered as a devoted husband, father, and grandfather. Surviving, in addition to his parents and his wife of 42 years, are two daughters, Amanda Shrader and her husband, Justin Peters and Kayla Shrader and her fiancé, Westley Moats; a brother, Shawn Shrader; and a grandson, Nate Peters. Mr. Shrader was preceded in death by his sister, Valerie Shrader. Coffman Funeral Home and Crematory, 230 Frontier Drive in Staunton is in charge of his arrangements.
