Eric W. Spath

Eric W. Spath, 59, husband of Jeanne Elizabeth (Manning) Spath, passed away Saturday, May 13, 2023 at his residence.

Eric was born on October 5, 1963 in Guilford, Connecticut to Jarold Wayne Spath and the late Ursula Grace (Burchell) Spath.

He taught physical education in Augusta County schools for thirty-one years, most recently at Clymore Elementary School.

In addition to his wife and father, he is survived by a daughter, Rachel Ann Spath and her fiancé (Kendrick Tyree); step-children, Nate Bradley, Doug Bradley (Lauren), and Amy Shelley (Brad); grandchildren, Chloe Bradley, Gabe Bradley, Felicity Shelley, and Abigail Bradley.

In addition to his mother, he is preceded in death by a brother, Mathew Spath.

The family will receive friends from 6:00 PM – 8:00 PM, Tuesday, May 16, 2023 at Henry Funeral Home.
