Doris Elizabeth Manning

Doris Elizabeth Manning, 58, of Grottoes, passed away on Thursday, December 28, 2023 at her home.

She was born on September 23, 1965 in Salisbury, MD and was a daughter of the late Richard and Jane (Benson) Crowder.

Doris had worked at Hargrove Industries since 2001. She loved unicorns, computers and video games. She adored her nieces, nephews and Banshee the cat. She enjoyed reading and attending science fiction conventions and meeting new people.

Doris was united in marriage to Michael Manning who survives.

Surviving in addition to her husband are two brothers, Richard Crowder and John Crowder; a sisters, Leslie Crowder Zimmerman; and numerous nieces, nephews and friends.

A celebration of Doris's life will be held at Michael & Doris's home at a later date.
