Dolores M. Roadcap

Dolores (Dee) M. Roadcap, 85, of Grottoes, passed away on Thursday, July 2, 2026, at Shenandoah Nursing and Rehab.

She was born on July 10, 1940, and was a daughter of Robert Lee and Nina (Sullivan) Morris.

Dee had worked as a factory worker at GE (Genicom) before retiring to enjoy spending time with her family.

Dee was united in marriage to Ronnie Roadcap, who preceded her in death.

Dee is survived by two children, Michael (Mary) Morris and Andrew Morris; brother, Ronnie (Sandy) Morris; four grandchildren, Brandon M. (Misty) Morris, Kyle E. (Lauren) Morris, Ethan (Brooke Imber) Morris, Seth Morris; five great-grandchildren, Gabe, McKenzie, Cason, Easton Morris, Colton (McKenzie) Roach; one great-great-grandchild, Kyler Roach.

In addition to her husband and parents she was preceded in death by her first spouse, Edward T. Morris; sisters, Peggy Hughes and Pat Sullivan.

A memorial service will be held at 12:00 PM on Thursday, July 9, 2026, at Johnson Funeral and Cremation Service in Grottoes, with Pastor Mark Wingfield officiating. The family will receive friends one hour prior at the funeral home. Burial will be private.
