Dale Thomas Burke

Dale Thomas Burke, 62, husband of Jina (Cook) Burke, of Staunton, passed away on Friday, June 27, 2025 at his residence. 
Mr. Burke was born in Staunton, Virginia on July 16, 1962, a son of Helen (Wilcher) Burke of Swoope and the late McKinley Hall “Kenny” Burke.
Dale was employed by The Hershey Company. He enjoyed fishing with his grandchildren, and deer and mushroom hunting. Dale enjoyed his life and the time spent with his family and friends every day.
Surviving, in addition to his wife and his mother, is a daughter Leslie Edwards (Gerald) of Stuarts Draft; two step-daughters, Jenelle Cook (J.D.) of Greenville and Mallory Cook (Brandon) of Staunton; a brother, Brian Keith Burke (Deborah) of Swoope; a sister, Crystal Wood (Bob) of Stuarts Draft; seven grandchildren, Greyson, Camden, Cayden, Cally, Keaghan, Kynzlee and Kaisleigh; nieces and nephews, Joseph (Marlayna), Isaac (Amelia), Maddie and Jay; and a number of sisters-in-law and brothers-in-law.
A memorial service will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Wednesday, July 2, 2025 in the Coffman Funeral Home Chapel by Pastor Phillip Morgan. The family will receive friends following the service.

Coffman Funeral Home and Crematory, 230 Frontier Drive in Staunton is in charge of his arrangements.
