Daisy Louise Montgomery

Daisy Louise Montgomery, 78 of Augusta Springs, passed away on Sunday, December 3rd, 2023 at Augusta Health in Fishersville.
Daisy was born to Lloyd Jackson and Bertie May (Carroll) Jackson on July 7th, 1945. She was married to Charles Franklin Montgomery and made her life as a housewife, homemaker and mother, raising three wonderful children. She contributed to the household income by quilting and cracking walnuts, which she sold to the community.

Daisy is preceded in death by her parents, her husband, Charles, as well as nine siblings.

Daisy is survived by her beloved children, Brenda Tucker of Weyers Cave, Charles Montgomery Jr. of Augusta Springs, and Wanda Woolf with husband David of Waynesboro. In addition, she is survived by six grandchildren; ten great-grandchildren; sisters Wanda Bazzren and Deltha Jackson; as well as a close nephew and caretaker, Arnold Knight.

Per Daisy’s request, no public services will be held.
