Charles Clayton Schultz

Charles Clayton Schultz II, 70, formally of Weyers Cave, passed away on Friday, July 3, 2026, at Virginia Mennonite Retirement Community, Yoder House.

He was born on December 26, 1955, in Dayton, OH and was a son of the late Charles Clayton Schultz and and Virginia Faye (Diehl) Schultz.

Charles had worked at Alcoa in Grottoes before retiring.

Charles was united in marriage to Blenda (Hoover) Schultz, who preceded him in death.

Charles is survived by a son, Charles "Chip" (Sylvia) Schultz, III ; two step-daughters, Cindy Gibson and husband, Kenny, and Angela Frazier and husband, Tommy; four grandchildren, Cassie Bowman and husband Jordan, Ethan (Brook) Gibson) Matt Frazier, Nate Frazier; two great-grandchildren, Nova and Stella Bowman; sister, Nancy Bolton; sisters-in-law, Kathy Miller and husband Ron, Judy Kivett and husband Rusty, Dennis Hoover and husband Mark.

In addition to his spouse and parents, he was preceded in death by brothers, Boyd and Loyd Milstead, Freddy Milstead, Ronnie Milstead.

Services will be private.
