C.W. Mauck

Clarence Wayne “C.W.” Mauck, 51, of Pomona Park, FL and formerly of Maurertown, VA passed away Saturday, September 23, 2023, in Florida.  

A celebration of life is being planned for a later date to be announced.

C.W. was born in Winchester, VA on July 6, 1972, a son of Wayne Mauck and Donna Orndorff. He was raised in Maurertown, VA and graduated from Strasburg High School.  C.W. moved to Florida in 2001 and worked for Arbor Vation, LLC where he enjoyed doing the job he did as well as the co-workers he worked with.  C.W. would often post videos of the work being done at various job sites.  He enjoyed cooking and became quite the self taught chef. C.W. loved riding his motorcycle with his wife and friends in his free time.  He loved to hunt, build his own firearms, and participate in shooting competitions. C.W. was known to show a rough exterior but had the kindest of hearts, always being there for others to lend a helping hand when needed.  He was quite the comedian and could make you laugh with his sarcastic jokes.  C.W. was preceded in death by his paternal grandparents Shirley Mauck and Alta Beeler; his Maternal grandparents Clarence Orndorff and Priscilla Orndorff.

In addition to his parents, he is survived by his wife, Mellissia Mauck; his sister Chanda Foltz and husband Scott; his niece Kyla Mason; his children Destiny Mauck, Samantha Breuer and husband Steven, Dallas Juern, and Kyle Juern; his grandchildren Wilder Steimle, Reagan Juern, Asher Juern, Regan Breuer Savannah Breuer, and Hunter Breuer, and numerous aunts, uncles and cousins.

C.W. will be truly missed and life will never be the same without him.  C.W. we will always remember your infamous quote “I live where you vacation.”
