Brenda Sue Helmick Campbell

CHURCHVILLE – Brenda Sue (Helmick) Campbell, 74, of Churchville, passed away Friday, June 2, 2023.

Born July 27, 1948 in Churchville, she was the daughter of the late James Frank and Sarah Louise (Anderson) Helmick.

Brenda was employed in outpatient surgery at Augusta Health prior to retirement, and previously had worked for Fiberspun and Unifi. Brenda was limited by numerous physical health challenges in recent years, but had been a “happy-go-lucky” gal, and very social; she loved to spend time with her friends.

She was preceded in death by her parents and a brother, William Michael Helmick.

Brenda is survived by her devoted husband, Homer C. Campbell.

A graveside service will be held 11 a.m. Monday, June 5 in Green Hill Cemetery, officiated by Rev. Reed Hopkins.
