Brenda Pauline Law

Brenda Pauline Law, 71, of Cabot Cove, Staunton passed away on Tuesday, August 4, 2026 at her residence. She was born in Staunton on May 3, 1955, a daughter of Shirley Ann (Buchanan) Law and the late Paul Snapp Law. Brenda had a lifelong love for animals and found great joy in caring for them. She had a special bond with her beloved cat, who was a constant source of companionship and comfort. Her kindness, compassion, and gentle spirit were reflected in the love and care she gave to all animals, leaving a lasting example of her generous heart. In addition to her mother, she is survived by three brothers, Paul Luther Law of Weyers Cave, Harold Nelson Law of Staunton, and Samuel Wesley Law and his wife, Marcella of Middlebrook; a sister, Elizabeth Ann “Libby” Malcolm of Churchville; a niece, Kimberly Buchanan and two nephews, Joshua Law and Justin Law. In keeping with Brenda’s wishes, there will be no services. Coffman Funeral Home and Crematory, 230 Frontier Drive, Staunton is in charge of her arrangements.
