Windsor, who entered into the presence of the Lord on August 5, 2026, at the age of 62. Brenda was the beloved daughter of the late Dorothy Baker and James Baker. She was the devoted and loving wife of Robert "Lee" Windsor, with whom she shared 40 wonderful years of marriage built on faith, love, and unwavering commitment. She was a proud and cherished mother to Melissa Reid (Rashard), Jaclyn Ball (Matthew), and Briana Ricketts (Bryan). Nothing brought Brenda greater joy than being "Nanny" to her eight precious grandchildren: Matthew (Mari), Skylar, Leviegh, MaKinley, Gage, Gabriela, King, and Wyatt-James. Each of them held a special place in her heart and brought endless happiness to her life. Brenda was also a loving aunt to numerous nieces and nephews who meant the world to her. She treasured every moment spent with her family and friends, creating memories that will be cherished forever. A God-fearing woman of deep faith, Brenda faithfully attended The Original Pentecostal of Leesburg. Her love for the Lord guided her life, and she was a source of kindness, compassion, strength, and encouragement to everyone who knew her. Brenda was surrounded by the love of her family and dear friends throughout her life. She leaves behind a legacy of faith, unconditional love, and selfless devotion that will continue to live on in the hearts of all who were blessed to know her. Though she will be deeply missed, her family finds comfort in knowing she is now at peace in the arms of her Savior. Her love, laughter, and beautiful spirit will forever remain in the hearts of those who loved her." Well done, good and faithful servant... Enter into the joy of your Lord." — Matthew 25:23A celebration of life service for Brenda will be held at 12:00 noon on Monday, August 10, 2026, at Cornerstone United Pentecostal Church, 189 Parson Ct., Winchester, VA 22603 with Rev. Raymond Windsor officiating. Burial will be held privately. The family will receive friends at the church on Monday one hour prior to the service. The family suggests that expressions of sympathy be in the form of memorial contributions to Stover Funeral Home, 177 N. Holliday St., Strasburg, VA 22657 to assist the family with final expenses.
