Bonnie Shickel Miller

Bonnie Shickel Miller, 93, of Bridgewater, passed away on Tuesday, January 2, 2024 at Sentara RMH Medical Center.

She was born in Harrisonburg on May 11, 1930 and was a daughter of the late Edward Crist and Helen (Kinkead) Shickel.

Bonnie was united in marriage in June 1950 to Charles E. Miller, who survives.

In addition to her husband, Bonnie is also survived by daughter, Dena Symons and husband Robbie, of Bridgewater; grandson, Kyle Symons and spouse, Jon Bullock; brother, Bradley Shickel and wife Willodene, of FL; niece, Kimberlyn Rossman and husband Anthony; nephew, Kirk Kuster and spouse Chris; many other family and friends.

She was preceded in death by sister, Gershon Dare Kuster.

A graveside service celebrating Bonnie's life will be held on Monday, January 8, 2024 at 1:00 PM at Eastlawn Memorial Gardens in Harrisonburg. A memorial service will follow at 2:30 PM at Montezuma Church of the Brethren in Dayton with Pastor Terri Luzynski officiating.
