Betty Ann Supinger Lucas

Betty Ann Supinger Lucas, 94, of Bridgewater, Virginia, passed away peacefully on Saturday, December 27, 2025 at her home.

She was born in Bridgewater, VA on September 6, 1931 and was a daughter of the late John Hansford and Margaret Virginia (Bricker) Supinger. She lived most of her life in the Valley.

First and foremost, she loved the Lord Jesus Christ and had a deep belief in God the Father. She was steadfast in her faith and always shared it with others when she could. She was always involved with Vacation Bible School and was a children's leader for Bible Study Fellowship for many years.

She was a true homemaker and loved baking, cooking, music and painting. She especially enjoyed playing handbells, and was happiest when she was surrounded by her family.

Mrs. Lucas is survived by her children Mari-Jo Lloyd, Jean (Jeff) Halbeisen, John Keller, Judith Greer, Eric Lucas; 10 Grandchildren, Matthew Keller, Angela Toole, Clay Meyerhoeffer, Hannah Lloyd, Sarah Daff, Lucas Lloyd, Aaron Greer, Seth Halbeisen, Clair Scott and Rebecca Halbeisen-Hooks; numerous great-grandchildren and nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her sister, Nancy Jefferson; brother, Bob Supinger. Husband Garland Keller; son Randy Keller, and husband Leon Lucas.

She was affectionally known as Nanny and Nannoy by her grands and greats, and she was much loved by all of her family and will be dearly missed.

We love you, Mom.A memorial service will be held for Betty on Saturday, January 3rd, 2026 at 11am at Johnson Funeral and Cremation Service, 208 S. Main St, Bridgewater, VA 22812.

Burial will be private.
