Her family was the most important part of her life and she enjoyed hosting her siblings, nieces, nephews and cousins every summer.

She was the matriarch of our family and was a woman of great character and integrity. She was so loved by her family, friends and her children’s friends. She always fought for what was right and believed in helping others.

She was a lover of books, music, nature and spent countless hours on her front porch with her daughters, reminiscing about her childhood and growing up in the south. She was truly one of a kind and will always be remembered for her beautiful spirit.
