Andrew Thomas Morris

Andrew Thomas Morris, 54, of Grottoes, passed away on Thursday, March 27, 2025.

He was born on May 16, 1970, and was a son of the late Eugene and Jerolene (Southerly) Morris.

Andy had worked for Hollister as a Level 4 Operator, having recently retired.

Andy was united in marriage on May 6, 2006, to Tina (Smith) Morris, who survives.

Andy is also survived by a son, Jeffrey (Georgia) Greaver; brothers, Victor Morris, Kristopher (Lori) Morris, Bradley (Lisa) Morris, Dwight Miller, Steven Miller, and Larry Miller; sisters, Sharon Miller, and Carol Sly; grandson, Preston Greaver.

Andy was a man with an abundance of kindness and love that he showed towards everyone. He loved to joke around and to laugh, which revealed a smile that was extremely contagious. Andy came from a large family and had many titles, but the one he cherished the most was his title as "Pappy" when he became a grandfather. He and his grandson shared a special bond and some of the happiest moments of his life. Andy was a lover of the band Aerosmith, the Dallas Cowboys, and his four-legged companions.

The family will receive friends from 6 until 8 PM on Friday, April 4, 2025, at Johnson Funeral and Cremation Service in Grottoes. The family requests that friends may consider bringing a rose in memory of Andy.
