Alton Paul Rodgers

Alton Paul Rodgers, 67, of Grottoes, passed away on Wednesday, July 1, 2026

He was born on November 12, 1958, raised in Elkton, and was a son of the late Paul T. and Ruby R. (Rogers) Rodgers.

Alton retired from UMA, inc in Dayton. He was an avid Nascar fan and enjoyed going to drag races, loved gaming, and HAM radios.

Alton was married twice, first to Sarah (Rodgers) Thompson, and later to Shelley Layne (Rogers) Mace, both who preceded him in death.

He is survived by a son, Aaron Paul Rodgers, and a step-daughter, Olympia Renee Thompson.

The family will receive friends from 6 until 7 PM on Thursday, July 9, 2026, at Johnson Funeral and Cremation Service in Grottoes.
