Alta Lee Ritchie

Alta Lee Ritchie, 89, of Dayton, passed away on Tuesday, April 22, 2025.

She was born on May 1, 1935, and was a daughter of the late Wilbert and Manola Dorothy (Dickenson) Guyer.

Alta was united in marriage to Daniel Earl Ritchie, who preceded her in death on Dec. 12, 2024.

Alta is survived by a daughter, Ann Pittman; sisters, Karen Puffenbarger, and Linda Miller; a grandson, Zachary Pittman; and numerous nieces and nephews.

In addition to her husband and parents, she was preceded in death by a sister, Elese Shiflet.

Friends and family may visit Johnson Funeral and Cremation Service in Bridgewater any time between 9:30 AM and 5 PM on Thursday, April 24, 2025 to pay their respects and sign the guest register.

A graveside service celebrating Alta's life will be held at 11 AM on Friday, April 25th, at Clover Hill Cemetery, with Pastor Sarah Bailey officiating.

Memorial contributions may be made to the Clover Hill Church, and/or the Clover Hill Fire and Rescue.
