Alan Wayne Armentrout

Alan Wayne Armentrout, 71, husband of Sharon Kay (Clark) Armentrout, of Staunton, passed away on Monday, May 11, 2026 at his residence. Mr. Armentrout was born in Rockingham County, Virginia on December 17, 1954, a son of the late Lawrence Halley Armentrout and Carolyn Virginia (Shoemaker) Armentrout. Alan was a member of Annex Fellowship Church. He is survived by an aunt, Yvonne Shoemaker. A Celebration of Life will be held on Monday, May 18, 2026 at 6:00 p.m. in the Coffman Funeral Home Chapel by Rev. Russell Heinrich. Family will receive friends following the service. Coffman Funeral Home and Crematory, 230 Frontier Drive in Staunton is in charge of his arrangements.
