Virginia Mae Eutsler Wright
Virginia Mae Eutsler Wright, age 91 of Waynesboro, VA, died on Friday, November 15, 2024. She was born February 11, 1933 to Albert Eutsler and Elva Mitts Eutsler of Grottoes, VA. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Gordon A. Wright; sisters, Madge Foley, Arlene "Bess" Parr, and Dorothy Hess; brothers, Glenn Eutsler, Ward Eutsler, Raymond Eutsler, Dee Eutsler, Earl Eutsler, Charles Eutsler, Tim Wright, and Jeff Wright.
Virginia is survived by her brother, Rollin Lee (Betty) Eutsler; children, Linda (Eddie) Major, Cathy (T.C.) McDaniel, Joyce (Quinn) Dofflemyer, Gordon (Judi) Wright, Jr., Ester (Roger) Roller; grandchildren, Joshua Major, Jeremiah (Kim) Major, Jennifer (Dave) Allen-Key, Christopher (Stephanie) McDaniel, Cory McDaniel, Nathan Dofflemyer, Courtney (Khalil) El-Gould, Chloe Wright, Rachel Roller, Roger (Keree) Roller, Jr., Sarah (Robert) Andrews, Hollie (Daniel) Gregory, Emily (Jason) Crutchfield; great-grandchildren - Laura Kate (Nathan) Cash, Hunter Major, Laynie Major, Gaige Dofflemyer, Paisley Dofflemyer, Ava El-Gould, Nahla El-Gould, Jackson McDaniel, Memphis Roller, Heath Roller, Bryce Andrews, Maisie Gregory, Evie Gregory, Anslee Crutchfield, Colten Crutchfield; and great-great-grandchild, Wylder Critzer.
Virginia was a graduate of Wilson Memorial High School in 1950. She retired from General Electric/Genicom in 1994.
A graveside service will be conducted at 11:00 a.m. on Friday, November 22, 2024 at Augusta Memorial Park. Pastor Mike Woods will be officiating. A meal will served at 12:00 pm at Blue Ridge Chapel Church of the Brethren, 19 Brows Lane, Waynesboro, followed by a Celebration of Life service at 2pm.
There will be no public viewing or visitation at the funeral home.
