Robbie Allen Frame, 59, of Front Royal, VA passed away Wednesday, April 1, 2026, at Warren Memorial Hospital, Front Royal, VA.Robbie was born in Warren County, VA on February 19, 1967, a son of the late Richard Jenkins and Brenda Jean Frame Costello. Robbie enjoyed spending quality time with his family, playing pool, and karaoke. He will be greatly missed by his friends and family. In addition to his father, he was preceded in death by his grandfather Lawrence Frame; grandmother Charlene Thompson; and his aunt Linda Frame Jenkins.Survivors include his mother Brenda Frame Costello; his sister Elizabeth Frame Baker (Philip); his nephew Eli Saylor; his nieces Tabitha Ward and Merranda Ward; his aunts Mary Frame (Larry Settle), Pam Frame Porter (John), Stella Frame, and Patricia Chaparro.A celebration of life for Robbie is being planned for a later date to be announced.Donations to assist the family with funeral expenses may be made directly to Stover Funeral Home and Crematory, 177 N.
