Raymond "Ray" Roy Auville

Raymond "Ray" Roy Auville, age 61, of Riverton, WV, passed away on Monday, October 23, 2023, as the result of a fire. He was born on August 30, 1962, in Onego, WV, the son of the late Paul Edman and Nellie Frances (McGowan) Auville. Raymond was twice married. Raymond married Penny Ellen (Rodes) Auville, who preceded him in death on May 25, 2020. He later married Patricia Ann (Vint) Auville, who survives in Riverton. 
 
Raymond had worked various jobs including a lift operator at Massanutten Resort, a truck driver, and a carpenter. He loved spending time with his family and friends. He enjoyed camping, hunting, and fishing. He was a member of the Killbuck Riflemen Club, and a member of the Truth Light and Life Mission Church in Penn Laird, VA.
 
In addition to his wife Patricia, Raymond leaves behind to cherish his memory: a daughter, Nellie Marie Auville of Riverton, WV; 3 sons, Nathaniel Paul Auville (Rosanna) of Elkton, VA, Nevan Ray Auville of Elkton, VA, Randy Vint (Kimberly) of Riverton, WV; 2 sister, Arlene Goldizen (Delmas) of Petersburg, WV, Connie Propst of Timberville, VA; 4 brothers, Paul Auville Jr. (Linda) of Dry Fork, WV, Eugene Auville (Norma) of Riverton, WV, Rowland Auville (Diane) of Seneca Rocks, WV, Orville Auville of Cabins, WV; and 10 grandchiildren, Dillion, Emberlynn, Annamae, Charles, Caden, Sabrina, Kevin, Randy Jr., Abigail, and Braydon. In addition to his parents and wife Penny, he was preceded in death by: a brother, Kenneth Auville; and a sister, Nancy Louise Raines.
