Luann Fay Kathy Allen

Luann Fay Kathy Allen, 69, of Grottoes, passed away on Monday, October 13, 2025, surrounded by her children.

She was born on November 26, 1955, and was a daughter of the late Louis Freddy Kenneth Earley and Marie Elizabeth (Buckellew) Earley.

Luann had worked as a housekeeper and caregiver. Luann had been a longtime member of the Grottoes Rescue Squad Auxillary. The family would like to express their thanks to the Grottoes Rescue Squad for their many years of support and service to Luann.

Luann is survived by three children, Laura (Willie) Shifflett, C.D. (Melissa) Allen, Christina (Bobby) Adams; beloved step-sons, Jeff (Connie) Morris and Timmy (Amy) Morris; special "adopted" daughter, Brittany Wampler; numerous grandchildren and great-grandchildren.

In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her brother, Louis Earley, Jr. and longtime companion, Pete Morris.

Family will receive visitors from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM on Thursday, October 16, 2025, at Johnson Funeral and Cremation Service in Grottoes. A funeral service will be held at 12:00 PM in the chapel, with Pastor Tim Munson officiating and with special remarks by Janet Moyer. Burial will follow at Port Republic Mutual Cemetery.
