Krista Gayle Wimer

Krista Gayle Wimer, 49, of Bridgewater, passed away on Friday, March 20, 2026 at Sentara RMH Medical Center.

She was born on November 19, 1976 and was a daughter of the late Tommy E. Wimer and Frances (Long) Wimer.

Krista had worked at Walmart and most recently Burger King. She enjoyed bowling, pitching horse shoes and throwing corn hole. Her greatest joy came from spending time with her family, especially her son and granddaughter, and friends.

She is survived by her son, Rawley Clem; granddaughter, Breelyn Clem; sister, Kitra Wimer; and her companion, Darrell Brock; and nieces, Rachel and Allie and nephew, Gunner; and her dog, Sampson.

She was preceded in death by a nephew, Kelly.

The family will receive friends on Wednesday, March 25, 2025 from 6:00 to 8:00 PM at the Johnson Funeral & Cremation Service in Bridgewater.
