Jane Hope (Smith) Del Conte Ruby

Jane Hope (Smith) Del Conte Ruby, 57, wife of Ned Ruby of Staunton, passed away on Wednesday, August 20, 2025 at Augusta Health in Fishersville. 
Mrs. Ruby was born in Whitley, Tennessee on September 1, 1967, a daughter of Jessica Henley.
Jane was a devoted homemaker and was deeply involved in numerous charitable organizations throughout her life.
Mrs. Ruby was preceded in death by her sister, Jill Matson.
In addition to her husband of 23 years and her mother of Staunton, she is survived by her daughter, Jessa Del Conte of Los Angeles, California; a nephew whom they raised, Peyton Henley; her brother, Billy Henley, Jr. of Virginia; and three additional nephews, Jacob Gould, Briiton Henley, and Ashton Henley.
The family will receive friends on Tuesday, August 26, 2025, from 12:00 p.m. to 2:00 p.m. at Coffman Funeral Home and Crematory.
Immediately following the visitation, a Celebration of Life will be held at 2:00 p.m. in the Coffman Funeral Home Chapel, officiated by Reverend William “Bill” Trice.
Burial will follow at Thornrose Cemetery.
