James Fillmore “Phil” Dulaney, Jr., 72, husband of Sandi (Burns) Dulaney, of Staunton, passed away Saturday, July 15, 2023 in The Retreat at Fishersville from complications from Vascular Dementia.
A Memorial Service will be held 3:00 p.m. Sunday, July 23, 2023 in the Coffman Funeral Home Chapel by Pastor Todd Latham.
A Reception, Celebrating Phil’s Life will follow at Hotel 24, located 24 South Market Street, Staunton, Virginia.
