Evelyn Clary

Evelyn Lee McDonald Clary, 74, of Germantown, MD passed away Tuesday, February 20, 2024, at Collinsworth Rehab & Nursing Center, Rockville, MD.

Mrs. Clary was born in Winchester, VA on May 6, 1949, a daughter of the late Robert Samuel and Minnie Otilla Oates.  She worked in banking for many years and retired as a Vice President. 

Survivors include her children Sandy Sakala (Richard) of Hedgesville, WV, Cindy Gibson of New Windsor, MD, and Chris Clary of Germantown, MD; her grandchildren Anthony Gibson, Christina Yang (Ge), and Courtney Sakala; her great grandchildren Kaylee Gibson, Mackenzie Yang, and Gideon Yang; her sister Lea Girard of New Oxford, PA; a nephew Donnie Goglio (Tracy) and a niece Sheri Barbour (Steve). 

A graveside service for Mrs. Clary will be held at 11:00 a.m. Saturday, February 24, 2024, at Lebanon Church Cemetery.
