Dotty "Dot" Ramsey

Dotty "Dot" Ramsey, was born January 16, 1939. She went to be with her Lord on February 21, 2025.

Dotty was married to Rev. Luther Ramsey, the love of her life, for 68 years.

Surviving in addition to her husband, is her daughter, Victoria Simmons & husband Roy D., granddaughter, Gretchen Simmons Shifflett, grandsons, Rusty Simmons and Aaron Luther Ramsey, and seven great grandchildren, and her beloved dog, Ziggy.

She was preceded in death by her son, Mark L. Ramsey.

The family will receive friends on Tuesday, February 25, 2025 from 4:00 to 7:00 PM at Johnson Funeral & Cremation Service in Bridgewater.

A memorial service will be held on Saturday, March 1, 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Mount Solon Pentecostal Church.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Mt. Solon Fire & Rescue, 86 Emmanuel Church Rd., Mt. Solon, VA 22843.
