Carolyn Virginia (Howdyshell) Ettinger

Carolyn Virginia (Howdyshell) Ettinger, 73, widow of Conard Eugene Ettinger, of Staunton, passed away on Monday, December 11, 2023 at Augusta Health in Fishersville. 
Mrs. Ettinger was born in Rockingham County, Virginia on August 23, 1950, a daughter of the late Roy Howdyshell and Hilda (Fultz) Howdyshell. 
Carolyn attended Waynesboro Free Methodist Church and retired from Blue Ridge Radiologists as a medical coder. 
In addition to her parents, Mrs. Ettinger is preceded in death by a sister, Linda Howdyshell.
Surviving, is a son, Matthew Ettinger and his wife, Amy of Chesterfield, Virginia; and two grandchildren, Hannah and Brady Ettinger.
A memorial service will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Friday, December 29, 2023 in the Coffman Funeral Home Chapel.
The family will receive friends an hour prior to the service.
Coffman Funeral Home and Crematory, 230 Frontier Drive in Staunton is in charge of her arrangements.
