Bruce Wayne Smith

Bruce Wayne Smith, 71, of Crewe, Virginia, passed away on Friday, November 22, 2024 at Lynchburg General Hospital.
Mr. Smith was born in Massachusetts on August 6, 1953, a son of the late Houston M. Clark, Sr. and Nancy Mae (Ferren) Clark.
Bruce loved spending time with his family and giving a helpful hand where someone was in need.
In addition to his parents, Mr. Smith was proceeded in death by two daughters, Stephanie Denise Smith and Dreama Renee Smith; a grandson, Brendon Tate Ramsey; and two brothers, Ralph Smith Jr. and James Edward Clark.
Surviving is his loving lifetime companion, Diane Clark; one daughter, Martha Roadcap (Randall); three brothers, Thomas (Tommy) Smith, Christopher Clark and Houston M. (Danny) Clark, Jr.; three sisters, Cheryl Moffitt (Gary), Donna Kizer (Ricky) and Peggy Clark; grandchildren, Jessica and Emily Roadcap, Tevin and Taylor Ramsey, Chelsea Smith, Chasity, Christopher and Christian Smith; eight great-grandchildren: several nieces and nephews: many special friends in Nottoway County: and a best buddy, Noel Atkins.
The family will receive friends from 6:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. on Tuesday, November 26, 2024 at Coffman Funeral Home and Crematory.
