Brenda Keith

Brenda Naomi (Fitzgerald) Keith, 81, of Waynesboro, went to be with her Lord and family on Friday, October 17, 2025 at her home. She was born in Augusta County on March 1, 1944, a daughter of the late Evans Alton and Ruby Hazel (Rickmon) Fitzgerald.

Brenda worked as a hairdresser for 42 years. She was a member of Good News Ministries Church in Staunton.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Aubrey Keith, Jr.; son, Anthony Puckett; sister, JoAnn Summey; and brothers, David and Wayne Fitzgerald.

Survivors include her son, Timothy S. Puckett and wife, Susie; two nieces; five nephews; as well as extended family and friends.

Following cremation, a graveside service will be conducted at 11am on Friday, October 24, 2025 at Augusta Memorial Park with Pastor Wanda Myers officiating. Those attending are asked to meet at the cemetery.

In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made in Brenda’s memory to her church, Good News Ministries Church, 18 Kerry Lane Staunton, VA 24401.
